The salondergegenwart exhibition project has set itself the goal of promoting talent, facilitating networks and the exchange of experiences among multipliers and enriching the region culturally in the long term. The guiding principle is the actual purpose of art: to engage with it. Accordingly, the art exhibition aims to bring together artists and art enthusiasts. Artists are offered an independent platform here and, conversely, the Hamburg public is presented with an exciting overview of contemporary painting with a corresponding variety of media. In addition to established artistic positions, talented newcomers in particular are shown.
